Portal FAQ

1. How do I access the Secure Portal?

We have a link on our home page as well as in the side panel of each page on our website. Please look to the right (or scroll down on mobile devices) and you should see an option for Client Secure Portal.

2. Where are the documents located?

Your documents will be in the Files tab on the left side of the screen after you log in. 

3. How can I download a document/documents?

To download a single document, navigate to the files section on the left, then either click on the 'More Options' ellipses (3 dots) and then click Download.

To download multiple documents at once, click the checkmark box for each file you want to download, then click on the ellipses near top near where it says Files, and you can download multiple files into one zip file. 

4. I forgot my login password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password to access your Portal, click on the “Forgot your Password” link or email our office and we will send you a link so that you can reset your password.

5. I opened my documents but the pages are blank?

Please scroll down the document to be sure the full page is blank, some vouchers are blank at the top of the page. If the page is still blank it could be due to your browser. Please be sure you are using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. Unfortunately, our portal is not supported on the Internet Explorer browser as Microsoft has discontinued that browser and no longer makes critical security updates.
